About Tommy Coyle
Tommy Coyle is a former professional boxer with a bold vision: to build a 360° health and wellbeing business combining a bespoke digital platform, a premium boutique gym, and scalable corporate wellbeing services.
His ambition was clear. What was needed was structure, delivery, and senior level support to turn that vision into a functioning business.

The Brief
Translate a high level vision into:
A bespoke digital health & wellbeing app
A fully operational, premium gym
A commercially viable and scalable corporate wellbeing offering
All while building the foundations for long term growth.
The Process
Phase One: Digital Product Development
My initial involvement began within a technology company, where I was brought in to bridge the gap between vision and technical delivery for a bespoke corporate wellbeing app.
At this stage, the concept was strong but required clarity, structure, and translation into a build-ready product.
My role included:
• Translating wellbeing and business ideas into clear product requirements
• Acting as the strategic link between founder and technical team
• Guiding development decisions across commercial, technical, and user needs
• Ensuring the product aligned with wider corporate wellbeing ambitions
This was a fully bespoke build, requiring close collaboration and informed decision making throughout. The result was a viable digital product designed to support long term business growth.
Phase Two: Gym Launch & Business Build
Following the success of the app, I was asked to step in as business manager, supporting the launch and growth of TC60 and Coyle Health & Wellbeing.
At this point, the gym existed only as a building site - vision in place, but no operational structure.
Over an 18 month period, I worked closely with Tommy to build the business from the ground up.
My role included:
Shaping the overall concept and commercial structure
Working alongside contractors through the build phase
Designing class formats, programmes, and pricing
Building, briefing, and mentoring the team
Creating operational systems and processes
Supporting client acquisition and early stage growth
Developing corporate wellbeing services, starting with the first corporate client
Designing onboarding and delivery protocols for multiple corporate clients
Supporting new business and client meetings
Mentoring key team members, including the wellbeing manager
Supporting additional projects including bid writing for funded community and police work
This was not hands on execution for its own sake - it was senior oversight, structure, and decision making, ensuring the business was built on solid foundations.
The Solution
A bespoke digital wellbeing app
A fully functioning, premium gym
A structured team with clear leadership
Defined programmes, pricing, and client pathways
A scalable corporate wellbeing offering
All aligned under one cohesive business model.
The Results
A state of the art gym built and launched from the ground up
A functioning team with clear roles and accountability
Corporate wellbeing services ready to scale
A digital product aligned with the wider business strategy
A business able to grow sustainably and confidently
Most importantly, Tommy was left with a business that could operate without chaos, expand into new opportunities, and evolve strategically.
Why This Matters
This case study reflects how I work:
I translate vision into delivery
I bridge strategy, people, and execution
I operate at a senior, embedded level
I build clarity, structure, and momentum
This isn’t coaching. It’s partnership, delivered over time, inside the business.
